The fantastic beers of Brewery DeMolen, recognised as one of the Top 10 Best Brewers in the world, has finally arrived in Singapore. To celebrate the occassion and also to showcase the widely varying styles from this artisanal and award-winning brewery, The Drinking Partners paired up with our partner, Chef Marc, to host a DeMolen Beer and Food Pairing Dinner. Based on his own interpretations of the brews, Chef Marc created 5 dishes specially for the dinner.

Dinner was a full-house, and which ran late into the night as folks stayed on to chat after the wonderful dinner.
