Gamma Brewing Co is an innovative micro brewery located in Herlev, just outside Copenhagen. Their focus is on fruity, hop forward beers but theyalso brew sours, stouts and lagers. Founded in March 2015, Gamma Brewing Co was a side project until the summer of 2018, when it became a full-fledged endeavour.
